国家氢燃料电池汽车质量检验检测中心（筹）是北京市产品质量监督检验研究院在北京市市场监督管理局支持下，联合大兴区政府共同建设。旨在打造国内领先、国际先进的以氢燃料电池汽车为核心的权威性、一站式检测服务平台，建设覆盖氢燃料电池汽车整车、核心零部件、氢气质量、加氢设施、智能网联等氢燃料电池汽车全方位、全产业链检测验证的国家级实验室。
The National Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Quality Inspection and Testing Center (preparatory) is jointly established by the Beijing Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Research Institute with the support of the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation and the Daxing District Government。Aiming to build a leading domestic and internationally advanced authoritative and one-stop testing service platform centered on hydrogen fuel cell vehicles， and to establish a national level laboratory covering the comprehensive and full industry chain testing and verification of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles， core components， hydrogen quality， hydrogenation facilities， intelligent networking， and other aspects。
国家氢燃料电池汽车质量检验检测中心（筹）地处大兴国际氢能产业示范区，于2023年9月获国家市场监督管理总局批准筹建。中心以氢燃料电池商用车（大型客车、货车）为主要检测对象，动力源类型聚焦氢燃料电池汽车，建有整车性能实验室、整车氢气排放实验室、电磁兼容实验室、核心零部件实验室、加氢设施实验室、智能网联实验室等核心实验室。
The National Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Quality Inspection and Testing Center (preparatory) is located in the Daxing International Hydrogen Energy Industry Demonstration Zone and was approved for establishment by the State Administration for Market Regulation in September 2023。The center focuses on hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles (large buses, trucks) as the main testing objects, with a focus on hydrogen fuel cell vehicles as the power source type。It has established core laboratories such as vehicle performance laboratory, vehicle hydrogen emission laboratory, electromagnetic compatibility laboratory, core component laboratory, hydrogenation facility laboratory, and intelligent networking laboratory。
国家氢燃料电池汽车质量检验检测中心（筹）建成后将成为北京地区唯一具备涉氢车辆 EMC 检测能力整车暗室的实验室，同时也是北京唯一配备低噪声底盘测功机及重型涉氢汽车NVH测试能力的实验室，并拥有国内领先的360°全景环视分析系统。该中心的建设将有力推动氢燃料电池汽车产业的高质量与规模化发展，带动北京氢能产业整体提升，促进氢能产业集群的形成。中心还将在标准体系建设、检测认证、测评研究、技术服务、应用推广、产业孵化和质量监管等方面为北京市氢燃料电池汽车产业化提供全面支撑，为我国汽车产业高质量发展注入新动力。
After the completion of the National Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Quality Inspection and Testing Center (preparatory), it will become the only laboratory in Beijing with the ability to conduct EMC testing on hydrogen related vehicles in a vehicle darkroom。 It will also be the only laboratory in Beijing equipped with low-noise chassis dynamometers and heavy-duty hydrogen related vehicle NVH testing capabilities, and will have a domestically leading 360 ° panoramic analysis system。The construction of this center will effectively promote the high-quality and large-scale development of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry, drive the overall improvement of Beijing's hydrogen energy industry, and promote the formation of hydrogen energy industry clusters。 The center will also provide comprehensive support for the industrialization of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in Beijing in areas such as standard system construction, testing and certification, evaluation research, technical services, application promotion, industry incubation, and quality supervision, injecting new impetus into the high-quality development of China's automotive industry。
