国家应用软件产品质量检验检测中心（NAST）是国家质量监督检验检疫总局于2004年10月12日批准成立的应用软件产品质量监督检验机构，是国内第一个国家级软件产品质量监督检验机构，是经中国国家实验室认可和国家计量认证的第三方软件产品质量评测机构。

   National Application Software Testing Labs（NAST） was accredited as National Application Software Testing Lab by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China on October 12th, 2004. It was the first national agency of software quality supervision and Testing, and also is a professional third-party independent software testing lab accredited by CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) and CMA (China Metrology Accreditation).

   中心地处北京市中关村软件园区，在北京市质量技术监督局和北京市科学技术委员会联合建设的北京软件产品质量检测检验中心的基础上授权成立。

   Located in Zhongguancun Software Park in Beijing, NAST was accredited the establishment based on the Beijing Software Testing & QA Center (BSTQC) which is jointly constructed by the Beijing Municipal Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision and the Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission.

   中心依据国际标准 ISO/IEC 17025：1999《检测和校准实验室认可准则》建立了严谨的质量体系，依照 GB/T 18905.5- 2002《软件工程产品评价》等相关国家标准建立了先进的技术体系。中心拥有2600平方米的产品测试线和专业的测试工程师队伍，严格按照国家相关法律法规开展工作，面向社会各界提供计算机软件产品和计算机信息系统的质量检测，业务领域涉及国家信息化建设的各行各业。

   NAST has established the rigorous quality system according to ISO/IEC 17025:1999 “Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories” and the advanced technology system according to GB/T 18905.5- 2002 “Software engineering- Product evaluation” and so on. NAST is noted for its comprehensive software testing line, which covers 2,600 square meters, and a professional testing engineer team, carrying out the work strictly in accordance with the relevant state laws and regulations. NAST provides quality testing of computer software products and computer information system for different social sectors, and its business is involved in all walks of life of the national information construction
