国家家具及室内环境质量检验检测中心（以下简称:中心）隶属于北京市产品质量监督检验研究院，2008年12月31日由原国家质量监督检验检疫总局依法授权成立，是国内第一家集家具与室内环境检测为一体的国家级检测机构。中心前身为1982年成立的北京市木材家具质量监督检验站，是国内最早从事家具及木制品检验的实验室。中心2009年通过国家认证认可监督管理委员会及中国合格评定委员会的资质认定和实验室认可，获得计量认证（CMA）、授权证书（CAL）、实验室认可（CNAS）证书。2019年初通过国家海关总署评审，获得进出口商品检验鉴定机构资格证书。
National Center for Quality Inspection and Testing of Furniture & Indoor Environment (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Center’) is affiliated with the Beijing Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute. It was established on December 31, 2008, authorized by the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in accordance with the law. It is the first national level testing institution in China that integrates furniture and indoor environment testing. The predecessor of the center was the Beijing Wood Furniture Quality Supervision and Inspection Station established in 1982, which was the earliest laboratory in China engaged in furniture and wood product inspection. In 2009, the center passed the qualification certification and laboratory accreditation of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration and the China National Accreditation Service, and obtained the Inspection and Testing Institutions Accreditation Certificate (CMA), and China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment Laboratory Accreditation Certificate (CNAS) certificates. In early 2019, it passed the evaluation of the General Administration of Customs and obtained the qualification certificate of import and export commodity inspection and appraisal institution.
中心检测能力范围涵盖家具及其原辅材料、木材及其制品、人造板材、室内空气、装饰装修材料、卫浴产品、厨卫五金等品类。中心面向社会各界开展委托检验、政府监督抽查检验及风险监测、仲裁检验、采购验货检验、认证检验、出口互认检验、司法鉴定检验等。
The testing capability of the center covers furniture and its raw and auxiliary materials, wood and its products, artificial boards, indoor air, decorative materials, bathroom products, kitchen and bathroom hardware, and other categories. The center provides services to various sectors of society, including commissioned inspections, government supervision and spot checks, risk monitoring, arbitration inspections, procurement inspections, certification inspections, export mutual recognition inspections, and judicial appraisal inspections.
中心积极做好政府对家居、家具、地板、装饰装修材料、卫浴等产品监管的技术支撑工作。每年均承担国家市场监督管理局监督司的国家监督抽查、联动抽查，质量司的质量调查检验，总局风险监测中心的风险监测、总局缺陷产品召回中心的监测工作，在国家监督抽查及风险监测工作中，多次担任牵头单位。中心还多次承担各省、市、区县市场监督管理局及消费者协会等委托的检验工作，受到政府部门的好评。
The center actively provides technical support for the government's supervision of products such as home furnishings, furniture, flooring, decorative materials, and bathrooms. Every year, it undertakes the national supervision and joint inspection of the Supervision Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the quality investigation and inspection of the Quality Department, the risk monitoring of the Risk Monitoring Center of the State Administration, and the monitoring of the Defective Product Recall Center of the State Administration. In the national supervision and risk monitoring work, the center has served as the leading unit multiple times. The center has also undertaken multiple inspections commissioned by market supervision and management bureaus and consumer associations in various provinces, cities, districts and counties, and has received praise from government departments.
